Refund Policy

At UV Solutions Hyderabad, we strive to provide the best possible service. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Service Fees

Consultancy and service fees are generally non-refundable once the application processing has commenced or after significant work (such as documentation verification or slot booking) has been performed.

Visa Rejection

Please note that visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective consulates and embassies. UV Solutions Hyderabad does not refund service fees in the event of a visa rejection or refusal by the government authorities.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds may be considered if no service has been initiated within 48 hours of payment.
• If there is a technical error resulting in double payment, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Uvsolutionshyderabad@outlook.in with proof of payment.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of service failure attributable solely to a major error by UV Solutions Hyderabad, a partial or full refund of the service fee may be offered at the management's discretion.

Changes to this Policy

UV Solutions Hyderabad reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
